Anything Goes With an optional twist Angels and Demons

   This challenge runs from Apr25 - May 09

The "garden" twist could go with any flower bed or vegetable garden.

I chose to use Ike's "1920 lady" from her digi shop Ike's Art.

You'll find many images that can be used in this challenge.

A friend of mine (Ginny) told me about a YouTube video on creating with a digi on a candle.

I decided to try this "something different".  It seemed easy enough...until you got into making a 4 x 7 Pillar candle.

I would suggest you start with something smaller until you get the technique down.

Other than that it fun and easy and could even be decorated.

Someone will be getting this for Christmas!

New Home Welcome

My daughter recently moved into a "new home" (meaning different)

It's in the Historical District and it was built in 1920.

It's a beautiful little home with archway room entries and a fireplace.

I'm sure they'll love making new memories there.

 

It just so happened that one of my magazines had an offer of "Hunkydory" side step cards.  

This worked out perfect for me to make her a "Welcoming" card,

It was also a surprise to the family.

I chose to use Dies

These dies were free with magazines I subscribe to

Card Recipe: 
I used a combination of pink, white and silver 
I had some pink roses that were the perfect size to decorate the cake
Pearl Stickles and accented with rhinestones.
(The candles were also part of the cake die)
