Time for another challenge over at
Welcome back to the IKEsWORLD challenges :) Surf on over to IKEsWORLD to join in the challenge, just remember, you must use and IKEsART image to be eligible for the prize. For the car I used my Prismacolor pencils on the car.
I used toothpicks to create the flags.
I added a cut piece to the bottom to create the look of grass.
My husband will be retiring (not soon enough) and
I thought this would make a great card for the occasion,
