For the car I used my Prismacolor pencils on the car. 
I used toothpicks to create the flags.
I added a cut piece to the bottom to create the look of grass.

My husband will be retiring (not soon enough) and
I thought this would make a great card for the occasion,

Since I missed the Autumn Challenge because of illness, I went a bit crazy on my Halloween offering.
