A card for my mother

A card I previously gave my mother.  She was a lacey kind of person.  :-}

Sister-in-law Mother's Card

Once again I did a paper tole look and sprayed my lace with Jade Walnut spray.

Daughter's Mother Card

It's a girl thing!

The inside:
Mother's Day
It's a girl thing

Sister's Mother Card

Flower Soft and Sakura gel pen.

The gate is made using a double punched fence punch from Martha Stewart.  I attached it using  1/8" ribbon so it would open.  The flower "hills" are attached using foam stickers giving the appearance of depth.  I included a little lane leading to the "rose garden".  I used 3 layers of the rose to give a paper tole effect.

Sister's Christmas Card

I fell in love with this card!

I used a piece of clear acrylic in the window to simulate glass.
The window and tree were cut with
Silhouette.  I used white Stickles on the edges of the "window".  It made a great frost effect.

It was fun to deco the tree.

She loved the card so achievement achieved.

Daughter's Christmas Card

She has a blue and white tree so I created this for her.
The snowflake on the front of this card was a glittered ornament I bought @ Walmart. The corners were punched with a Fiskers punch.

Once again the top was stamped and colored and the left side has a note explaining the front has a removeable ornament.

Halloween 2011

Granddaughter's Card
I had some great stickers, 3d candy stickers and created the purple wrap from Silhouette.  I then used black and white pend to deco it.

Halloween 2011

I made this for my grandson.
Once again the work is on the inside.
The frankenstein and the words were done with my Silouhette and some great sticker pack my hubby bought me.

Halloween 2011
My daughter and I used to chat in VP in a room called Ghost Stories.  This card had to be made for her.  I used a stick pin and created the bat  on top.
The real gem is the inside.
The "picture" is a Martha Stewart that changes from a man to a skull when you move it.  I also used a spider web stamp for the corners and purple and orange rhinestones on the greeting.  I loved the way it turned out.  How about you?

Mother's Day

Mother's Day
2011
I used Flower Soft on the tree.  It made a perfect spring flowering tree.  If you haven't tried this product yet it's a must try.

Winter Birthday

My daughter's birthday is December 28th.  This seemed like the perfect card for her.  I used a metallic paper for the "doily" and created the circle words in Word.  I also use white stickles on the metallic doily and a blue metallic and glitter rick-rack.  I topped the word winter with the white stickles giving it a frosty look.  Perfect for a winter birthday in Florida.

Mom's Card

Birthday Card for my great Sister.

This was a fun one to make!  I used foam sticker letters from Walmart.  Great Price! The cupcakes were JoLee (I think) stickers also purchased from Walmart.

This is the last card I made for my Mother's Birthday.  It represents the 4 seasons and the seasons of life.  Birth, youth, adult and aged.  Little did I know this would be the last birthday I would spend with her.  She passed away on November 18, 2011.  I miss her deeply.  She was a great friend as well as mother and I was fortunate to be with her at the end of her earthly life.
