Happy Mother's Day

I made this card for a very special person's birthday.

I used a good old fashion red rubber stamp for this colored it with Copic markers.

It's done in my favorite purple colors.  I've also made a new Watermark for my cards.

I hope she likes it with as much love as I put into it.

5 - 18 May #37 Naughty and Nice

The Challenge Theme is "Naughty and Nice "

I used  "Honey and Do Your Thing".  A beautiful digi of Ike's with many uses.

This is what I did with it for this challenge

I glued the two cards to give the appearance of a notebook.  The "Naughty girl" destroyed the list.  :-)

We'd love to see what you can do and have a chance to win the challenge.

Ike's Challenge #36 No Patterned Papers

I used Ike’s beautiful "Snowdrops" to create this card.  They are one of the first flowers to bloom in Spring which I miss.  They often come up through the snow and are perfect to place in a flower bed right outside one of the doors you use most.

Since the challenge was no patterned papers I decided to showcase the artwork with "Cuttelbug's" Denise's Frame embosser.  I think it does a beautiful job of drawing your eye to the art.
The art was colored with Copic's in shades of warm grey, and various greens.
This would make a good Easter or Mother's Day card.

Ike's Challenge #35 "Things with Wing's"

This was the art of Ike that I chose to use for this challenge.
Set of 4 Shoes

I used Darice's Stage with Curtain Embossing folder.  The background was masked and colored with a sponge using "Tim Holtz" Broken China distress ink.  The beautiful wing shoe was painted with (a very difficult to film) Crystal Sparkle by Scribbles.  I used Copics to color the area where the wing attached to the shoe.
I'll be using this for a Mother's Day card.
