Deck the Halls

Christmas 2012

I used Silhouette to cut the pine cone (2 parts back and front) and the pine needles.  The lables were cut with a plastic template I purchased from "PaperWishes".  The front portion of the pincone was covered in gold Stickles and the pine needles were spoted here and there with green Stickles.  I created the "Deck the Halls" in Word using Word Art to give the letters a gold appearence with a dark brown shadow.

I also used a small strip of the brown snowflake paper (from DWCV) on the bottom of the inside to add a bit of pizazz.

Christmas 2012

These are more cards I made and sent for Christmas, 2012

This was another fun card to make.  It's also a tri-fold.  I used papers from the DCWV Winter Wonderland collection.  (I was one of the lucky ones who found this cardstock).  This is the most beautiful collection of cardstock.

I created a tri-fold card from a dark blue snowflake cardstock.  Then I used Silhouette to creat the circle snowflake and backed it with a baby blue snowflake cardstock from the same collection.  I placed clear rhinestones on each of the tips of the snowflake.  I used a small punch to create the white stars and added a silver tree (button) I bought from Walmart.

The inside:
I created a white cardstock circle and a mettalic blue scalloped circle and stamped the greeting on the inside.

Let's face it Christmas is all about the bling!
My Christmas 2012 Cards:

This was a fun and easy card.  I used a glittered cardstock for the background on a red cardstock card.  Then I created (in silhouette) a white scalloped circle and the Merry Christmas snowflake cut out in green.  I added red rhinestones to add glitz and walah the card was done.

My Christmas 2012 Cards

Finally getting these up.  Hope you find something you like!

I created the gnome on my Silhouette.  I colored his face with copics.  I used an awesome rust colored paper with metallic gold spots for the cap and shirt.  The tree was hand cut and the sentiment was hand written.  I also used the rust/mettalic paper for the 1st background and layered a "kraft" colored cardstock on top.  The word gnome was created by me and cut on silhouette.  I used Stickles on the beard and gnome word.
On the inside I created a cloud using Stickles to give it extra embellishment and created and cut the word Dreams in silhouette.
