Anything Goes In the Garden

Challenge  #85 at Ike's Art World
This challenge runs from Mar 28 -April 11

The "garden" twist could go with any flower bed or vegetable garden.
I chose to use Ike's "Ivy" from her digi shop Ike's Art.
You'll find many images that can be used in this challenge.

For this image I used my Prisma colored pencils, Avery Elle Aquamarine ink for the background,
white pearl Stickles, Ike's Ivy and a free stamps from
one of my magazines for the fairy and the sentiment.
This card could be used for a Birthday or even a Thinking of You depending on the sentiment inside.

I hope you like this sweet and simple card and give something "in the garden" a try.
I can't wait to see your designs so be sure to join us in this challenge, please.
You can enter it into  Ike's Challenge for a chance at a prize.
She's also offering a freebie that can be used.

Leave some love to let me know you visited.
Thank you!

Aud's Sentiment Challenge #176 Inspiration

March 9-20  -Theme: Easter/Spring
Any Sentiment Except for Birthday
Our Sponsor: The Paper Nest

I chose  -   I Miss You
A beautiful young lady that can be used with any sentiment.

I loved coloring this image.  So many colors could have been used but, I've learned make the card THEN color the image.  It makes things so much easier.   The paper dictates the colors.

Card Recipe:
The paper I used is a beautiful vintage assortment by Lemon Craft.  I have no idea how I ever got it but I love this gorgeous double sided Polish paper.
Copic Colors:
RV13,21,23,32,83,85,95

Please leave some love if you have any words of encouragement.  I always like to know when someone visits.
Until next time ~AngeL Hugs~

Anything Goes Somewhere over the rainbow

Mar 14 - 28

Anything Goes Somewhere over the rainbow

Ike's Challenges have become "Anything Goes" with a twist.  It's fun to fit the twist in.

In my inspiration I knew immediately what I wanted to do.
I used "Godshill" with a rainbow.

The latest trend seems to be using acetate in our cardmaking.  I thought this would make an interesting card an hopefully inspire you to try acetate on a card.

Recipe:
Rainbow ink pad used on Tim Holtz watercolor paper.
I printed the "Godshill" image on to the acetate and Ta Da one pretty and quick card.

I can't wait to see your designs so be sure to join us in this challenge, please.

Leave some love to let me know you visited.
Thank you!
